This Site is maintained by EPM Brands and its web agent for personal use by persons who are lawfully permitted to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages (currently 21 years of age for United States residents and 18 years of age for residents of the United Kingdom) in countries and other territories where the consumption of alcoholic beverages is lawfully permitted.

The use of this Site is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which you should read carefully and in full. By browsing and using this Site you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding contract between you and us.

Please exit this Site immediately if you do not wish to accept these Terms and Conditions, are not of a legal age for consuming alcoholic beverages in the country or other territory in which you are resident, or reside in a country or other territory where use of this Site or alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

In these Terms and Conditions “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EPM Brands. When we refer to “you” we mean the user and/or browser of our Site.

The typographical layout of this Site and all content displayed on this Site from time to time, including but not limited to trade marks, designs, logos, text, images, graphics, applets, scripts operating our Site and video materials (together the "Hpnotiq Material"), is the exclusive property of Heaven Hill Distilleries and/or EPM Brands, unless otherwise expressly stated on this Site. Hpnotiq Material is protected under, amongst others, United States law, Scots law, English law, European Community law and various international treaties and conventions throughout the world. Any copyright, trade marks and/or other notices indicating proprietary rights must not be removed from Hpnotiq Material.

The Hpnotiq Material must not be altered in any manner or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of EPM Brands (which consent can be withheld by EPM Brands at its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever).

You may print or have printed any downloadable material specifically provided on this Site for download purposes, provided: (1) the rights of Heaven Hill Distilleries and/or EPM Brands in and to the Hpnotiq Material are observed at all times, (2) any printing is for non-commercial and personal use only, (3) you reside in a country or territory where the consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted, and (4) you are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages in said country.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions or on the Site shall grant, whether by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use or copy any of the Hpnotiq Material. All rights remain the exclusive property of Heaven Hill Distilleries and/or EPM Brands.

About linking to our Site:

Before providing a link to our Site you must seek our permission. We do not permit the display of our web pages in any HTML frame unless we have expressly authorised this.

Any communication or other content that you transmit to the Site, whether by e-mail, posting, uploading, or otherwise, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. We have no control over the internet, which is a global public network of computers, nor the method by which you access our Site. As a consequence we take no responsibility for service interruption or the transmission of viruses or other malicious computer code through our Site.

About the law relating to these Terms and Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the English courts, or wherever EPM Brands deems acceptable, for any action arising from or relating to the Terms and Conditions or your browsing or use of this Site.

Privacy Statement

Your privacy is important to EPM Brands and its affiliates. This statement describes the information gathering and dissemination practices for the Site, including the types of information we collect and how we may use that information. In general, all the information we get about you is what we specifically request from you.
